Children leave camps at Mas Saiol

The day has arrived, we are very nervous, everything will be new for us as it is the first time we go to camps.

Very quickly I get out of bed, I hardly eat breakfast, I'm not hungry and I just want to get to school.

We leave on time for the bus, the journey will be long even though it is very close to Barcelona.

We arrive at Mas Saiol, the monitors welcome us and soon we will be "EXPLLORERS". We go to the rooms with the teachers and monitors, there they give us the explanations of how we should leave our things so that nothing gets lost. When the monitors leave, the teachers tell us where we will have to sleep. Then we go to lunch, and at each meal, there is a group of helpers to set the tables.

When we finish lunch, we play for a while and then we are introduced to Gertrudis, a character who accompanies us on the excursion and helps us find clues. We are having a great time in the mountains! After a while, we return to the house, have a snack and make a sundial workshop. Let's paint some cardboard, each one as he wants, and learn how we can tell the time.

Now it's time for dinner, but before that, the monitors sing us the menu ¡ we prepare to play the night game, well warmed up because it's cold.

SATURNINO arrives, a guy who talks about planets and stars and to finish, organizes a DISCO and we dance a little before going to sleep.

Let's brush our teeth and go to bed! But tonight will be very important for Martina, she has lost a tooth and, although she can't find it, she has written a letter to RATOLINET PÉREZ.

We sleep like logs and in the morning we are no longer tired. La Martina, finds a present under the pillow and also at the entrance of the house there is a note for all of us and some sweets ¡

We pack backpacks and it's a mess, there's clothes everywhere and it's nobody's business! Finally, everything fixed and breakfast. Gertrudis arrives and we go to look for the treasure.

We have lunch tired, but happy, we take the bus to go back home to explain everything we have enjoyed during these days.

Going with friends, it was a great experience. We have learned to live with classmates and also from other groups. In addition, it has helped us to make ourselves responsible for our things... not to lose anything, to tidy up our clothes and backpacks a bit.

We also shared some very funny moments with the teachers: we saw them in PAJAMAS. See you next year in PRIMARY!
