Milk, from the cow to consumption
This outing is related to the interdisciplinary project "Nutrition and Business" carried out by the subjects of Biology, Contemporary World Sciences and Business Economics I/Startups and has a double objective: with the visit to Mas La Coromina (Farm ATO) have been able to see how a differentiated milk is produced with quality and traceability, while at La Fageda they have delved deeper into the yogurt making process. A very important part has been the reflection on the corporate social responsibility of this Foundation.
Both Mas La Coromina and La Fageda were able to take a guided tour of the facilities and taste the products while learning about the respective business strategies.
With this knowledge and experiences they will continue working on the project from the three subjects involved! We will keep you informed!
