What will the world be like in 2050? We find out in "The zone of hope"

During the second half of October, 3rd year ESO students (from the Project subject) and 2nd year high school students from the Geography group visited the virtual reality exhibition "The zone of hope". The visit consisted of participating in an immersive experience in which the students were transported to the future, to 2050, and were able to experience in their own skin, what is the world that awaits us if we do not stop the climate change that we are subjected

Once this part was finished, the students were divided into groups and participated in a gymnasium around the exhibition where they could see the real consequences of climate change in the places they passed through. Finally, everyone had the opportunity to make different compromises in order to reduce their impact on the environment.

The experience has been very well valued by the students, at the same time that it has helped them to become more aware of climate change and its impact on us and to deepen their knowledge of the subjects involved in the field trip.

All those who want have the opportunity to experience this exhibition until May 2019!
