Admission criteria

The priority criteria for the 24-25 academic year were the following:

• If the son or daughter applying for the position has brothers or sisters who are already studying at our center, are obtained 50 points.
  
  This is the criterion that scores the most points. If the child is in foster care and the sons or daughters of the foster family are enrolled in the center, they also get this score.
  
• Geographic proximity of the parent's usual residence or workplace to the school.
  Each center has an educational zone to establish the proximity criterion, and this allows different scores to be added depending on the circumstances:
  • When the family's usual residence is within the educational zone of the school center requested in the first place, the following are added: 30 points.
  • When the location of the father, mother, or guardian's workplace is within the educational zone of the center chosen first, they are added together. 20 points.
  • In the city of Barcelona, when the address is located in the same municipal district as the center chosen first, but outside the educational zone of the center, are added 15 points.
  • When the family home is located within the same municipality, but not within the educational zone of the center that was chosen in the first place, the following are added: 10 points.
    You can check the educational zone of each center on its website before making the pre-registration request. It should be noted that, within the geographical proximity criterion, the scores are not added together. This means that if the father or mother's workplace is within the educational zone and the habitual residence is within the same municipality, but not within the educational zone of the center, the two scores cannot be added together.
• If the father, mother or legal guardian perceives the guaranteed income for citizens, they add up 15 points.
  When a member of the family unit receives guaranteed citizenship income assistance or the minimum vital income.

Required documentation

When completing your school pre-registration, if your child comes from another school, you will need:

• Your child's RALC (Registry of Students of the Department of Education) number. Not required for I3.
• Our center code: 08040199

If you pre-register with a digital certificate…

You will need:

• Electronic ID, digital certificate, TCat, IdCat Mobile, Cl@ve, etc.
• In case of entering I3: Family book or other documents relating to filiation.

If you pre-register without a digital certificate…

You will need:

• Family book or other documents relating to filiation
• ID card, passport or other documents of the mother, father or guardian who carries out the management.
• The student's ID card if they are over 14 years old or if, despite being under 14 years old, they have an ID card.

When justifying the general priority criteria

It is necessary to present:

• Proximity to the center
• Certificate or municipal flyer of cohabitation of the student with the applicant when the address claimed does not match that on the identity document of the person presenting**.
• Copy of the employment contract or certificate issued by the company, when the worker's address is claimed.

** And the renewed DNI, with the new address, at the time of registration.

Annual income of the family unit

You will need:

• Documentation proving that you are a beneficiary of the minimum insertion income (RMI) benefit.
• Disability of the student, father, mother, guardian or siblings (if applicable).
• Certificate of reduction, equal to or greater than 33% (if applicable).
• Large or single-parent family (if applicable).
• Valid large family or single-parent family card (if applicable).
