The TV3 Marathon at school

During this Monday and Tuesday, in the context of science week, the secondary and high school students of the school had the opportunity to participate in the conferences that the Fundació de La Marató de TV3 offers every year in educational centers Catalans

At the beginning of these talks, the students have seen this video in which different witnesses explain their case and several experts make a first approach to the disease to which La Marató is dedicated. After viewing it, the students delved deeper into its content and discovered more details about what the disease is like, how it works, its diagnosis, its treatment and, above all, prevention and the new existing lines of research.

This year the main disease of La Marató is cancer, a well-known disease close to everyone. Contributing to putting a stop to it through research is in our hands by collaborating by contributing money or participating in the popular activities which will be held throughout Catalonia. On Sunday, December 16, we all have a lot to say and do to deal with cancer!
