an educational center. It is a fundamental tool that guides the operation and development of education in that school.<br><br>The&nbsp;<strong>PEC<\/strong>&nbsp;It reflects the identity and values of the school and establishes the objectives and strategies to achieve them. This document is developed in a participatory manner by the entire educational community, including the management, teachers, students and parents, among other members of the school&#039;s staff.<br><br>The PEC is an instrument that allows coherence and continuity in the educational work of the center, and must be reviewed and updated periodically to adapt to the needs and challenges that arise.
